Industrial Investments Purchases New Building in Limerick, PA

LIMERICK, PA – An affiliate of Industrial Investments, Inc. of Blue Bell, PA announced that it had recently purchased a large industrial building from the John Middleton Co. located at 475 N. Lewis Road in Limerick, PA.  The building is approximately 169,000 square feet in size and sits on 17 acres of ground.  It had been used by John Middleton as a production and warehousing facility, with associated offices.  Ceiling heights in the building range from 19’ to 22’ clear.  It has multiple loading docks, heavy power and utilities, and is partially air-conditioned.  The property also has 360 employee parking spaces, is nicely landscaped, and is in excellent overall condition.

John Middleton Co. will lease back the property for a portion of 2018 as they proceed to vacate the building.  As soon as the building is vacated, Industrial Investments, Inc. will renovate the property to prepare it for re-leasing.  The building can be split into multiple units starting at 60,000 square feet or leased in its entirety.  It is suitable for a variety of uses including manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and assembly, and would serve as an excellent headquarters location for a local or regionally based company.
