38,040 square feet leased in Cherry Hill, NJ

CHERRY HILL, NJ – Industrial Investments, Inc. of Blue Bell, PA announced that it has recently signed a new long term lease for 38,040 square feet of industrial space with TXX Services, Inc. at its building located in the Cherry Hill Industrial Park at 11 Perina Boulevard, Cherry Hill, New Jersey.  11 Perina Boulevard is a 229,895 square foot multi-tenant warehouse/light industrial building.

This location will serve as the new warehouse and distribution center for TXX Services, who is an industry leader in specialty pharmaceutical warehousing and distribution.
