21,618 square feet leased in Glassboro, NJ

GLASSBORO, NJ – Industrial Investments, Inc. of Blue Bell, PA announced that it has recently signed a new long term lease for 21,618 square feet of industrial space with McJunkin Red Man Corporation at its building located at the Route 55 Industrial Center at 70 Sewell Street, Glassboro, New Jersey.

McJunkin Red Man Corporation is headquartered in Houston, Texas and is the world’s largest distributor of pipe, valves, and fitting products and services to the energy industry.

Tony Didio, of Colliers International, represented McJunkin Red Man Corporation in the transaction.  Michael T. Bown, Project Manager and Principal of Industrial Investments, Inc., represented the property’s owner in the transaction.
