18,480 square foot building sold in Pureland Industrial Complex

LOGAN TOWNSHIP, NJ – Industrial Investments, Inc. of Blue Bell, PA announced that it has recently sold its 18,480 square foot industrial building located in the Pureland Industrial Complex at 1 Osprey Court, Logan Township, New Jersey to WEB Holdings, LLC.

WEB Holdings, LLC is headquartered in Bellmawr, New Jersey and will use the building to house a bus company operation.  The building was previously leased to Strategic Materials, Inc., who operated the building as a glass recycling plant.
