17,760 square feet leased in Willow Grove, PA

WILLOW GROVE, PA – Industrial Investments, Inc. of Blue Bell, PA announced that it has recently signed a new long term lease for 17,760 square feet of industrial space with Matrix Aluminum Supply, LLC at its building located in the Willow Grove Industrial Park at 2465 Maryland Road, Willow Grove, Pennsylvania.  Extensive renovations to the interior and exterior of the building were recently completed in anticipation of a new tenant.

This location will serve as the new headquarters for Matrix Aluminum Supply, who specializes in the distribution of gutters and gutter related products to contractors and other large suppliers.
