Pennsauken, NJ – Industrial Investments, Inc. of Blue Bell, PA announced that it has recently signed a new lease for 142,500 square feet of industrial space at its building located at 500 Griffith Morgan Lane, Pennsauken, New Jersey with Polaris Warehousing, LLC.

Polaris Warehousing, LLC is headquartered in Gloucester City, New Jersey and will use the building for warehousing and distribution.

Tony Rod, of The Flynn Company, represented Polaris Warehousing, LLC in the transaction.  Michael T. Bown, Project Manager and Principal of Industrial Investments, Inc., represented the property’s owner in the transaction.
